You will lead the design of complex mechanical systems, manage supplier relations, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Main DutiesSupervise the complete manufacturing cycle of plastic parts (design, tooling, injection, and industrialization)Lead the mechanical design of complex productsApply and validate functional dimensioning standardsManage and coordinate supplier activitiesLead a multidisciplinary technical teamOversee project budgeting and cost controlUse CATIA to open product assemblies and perform dimensional analyses(Bonus) Apply surface design techniques in CATIAQualificationsEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (BAC+3/ BAC+5)Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar position (plastic parts, product design, industrialization) * Strong expertise in plastic part manufacturing processesSolid experience in mechanical design and functional dimensioningProven leadership in managing suppliers and technical teamsExcellent communication skills and fluency in EnglishProficient in CATIA software (dimensional analysis essential; surface design is a plus)Additional InformationLocation: Tunis, TunisiaContract type: Permanent (CDI) Start date: As soon as possible, for an immediate startAll your information will be treated confidentially, in accordance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) guidelines.#TN
