We are a leading international group operating in the plastics industry, for various clients and across multiple industries in different markets. As part of our growth and to strengthen our customer relations at the international level, we are looking to recruit, for our subsidiary in Tunisia:CUSTOMER INTERFACE MANAGERReporting to the Supply Chain Department and working in close collaboration with the production and quality teams, you will manage the daily relationship with international clients, ensuring the operational link between their technical and logistical requirements and the capabilities of our site.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring customer orders from receipt to delivery. You will act as the main point of contact for clients regarding technical, quality, logistics, or contractual matters. You will manage and anticipate customer needs in coordination with production, actively participate in the continuous improvement of customer-oriented processes, coordinate communications with international partners, and provide structured reporting to management. Your contribution will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction through a high level of responsiveness, accuracy and professionalism.Exigences de l'emploiEngineer degree in industrial, materials, mechanical, or equivalent field and have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a high-performance international industrial environment. You have full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of Italian is a real asset, and you are also proficient in ERP systems and flow management tools.
Strong communication skills, Customer orientation, Rigor, and Ability to work transversally are essential to your success in this position.Date d'expiration14/09/2025
