Compliance & HR OperationsGuarantee compliance with labor laws, social security regulations, and health & safety standards.Ensure accurate HR documentation and oversee payroll in coordination with finance.Track, analyze, and report HR metrics and key performance indicators.5. - 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within a multinational organization.
- In-depth knowledge of Tunisian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee relations, training, and organizational development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Ability to adapt effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic industrial environment.
