Expert Process Technology

• Degree in Plastics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding and IML technology.
• Experience with molding machines, automation, and label handling systems.
• Familiarity with tooling design, robotics, and process optimization.
• Understanding of quality standards (ISO, GMP, etc.).
• Skills in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
• Good communication for working with suppliers, production, and R&D teams.

• Develop and optimize IML processes (label placement, injection molding, automation).
• Define and adjust machine parameters for efficiency and quality.

• Support trials, sampling, and new product industrialization.

• Troubleshoot defects and technical issues (label shift, bubbles, adhesion).

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.

• Train operators/technicians on IML technology and best practices.

• Collaborate with toolmakers, automation suppliers, and production teams.

• Drive process improvements to increase productivity and reduce scrap.
