As a key member of our Sales team, you will:
- Drive proactive sales initiatives across leisure, MICE, corporate, and high-end group segments.
- Build and nurture strong partnerships with key accounts, including travel advisors, tour operators, DMCs, and corporate clients.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the hotel’s offerings, services, and unique features.
- Collaborate with Marketing and PR teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategic positioning in the global luxury hospitality market.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process from lead generation and contracting to forecasting and account management.
- Deliver regular performance reports, competitor insights, and sales metrics to the leadership team.
- Uphold and promote Four Seasons Tunis’s commitment to service excellence and guest satisfaction in all interactions.
- Work closely with Revenue Management and Reservations to align rate strategies and maximize availability.
- Represent the hotel with professionalism and integrity in line with the Four Seasons brand
To succeed in this role, you bring:
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in hospitality sales.
- A strong network and deep understanding of the local corporate and leisure markets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM and hotel systems, especially Salesforce and Opera, is an asset.
- A track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals while cultivating long-term client relationships.
- Fluency in English, Arabic, and French.
