Operation Manager Automotive IndustryDepartment: ProductionReports to: Plant ManagerWe are a leading Company in the automotive IndustryAs part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Operations Manager to join us.The Operations Manger will report directly to the Plant Managerand will be responsiblr for overseing this role ensures that production targets are met efficiently, safety and with the highest quality standards.The successful candidate will play a key role in leadingcross-functional teams and continuous improvement initiativesKey Responsibilities- Manage the production team in order to meet customer expectations- Follow the SQCDM indicators and drive the action plans behind- Implementation of continuous improvement actions- Ensure the proper management of human resources and materials to deliver goodquality, quantity on time- Work on the deployed Policy targets- Focus Budget- Personal development following target, promotion, training- Ensure periodic service meetings and share SQCDM indicators- Ensure compliance with our Group standards- Ensure the proper monitoring of new projects to ensure a good start- Ensure the order of cleanliness in our sites- Ensure the availability of production linesExigences de l'emploiProfiles & Qualifications- Engineer Degree- Fluent in English and French- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Operations or Production ManagementRole in the automotive Industry- Strong leadership and team management skills- Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities- Proficient in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen and other continuous improvementtools- Strong communication and organizational skills- Experience with production planning tools- Problem solving tools L2L- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 standards and requirements- Experience with FMEADate d'expiration19/09/2025
