As part of the new organization of our production site in Tunisia, we are seeking for our :SITE QUALITY MANAGERCapable of leading and developing the plant’s quality policies in full compliance with international standards, regulatory requirements, and the Group’s expectations. This strategic position reports directly to the General Management of the Tunisian subsidiary and maintains a strong functional link with the Group’s central Quality Department.The role will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of production processes with quality, safety, and traceability standards, in accordance with current certifications (ISO 9001, IFS, BRC, HACCP, etc.), while fostering a culture of operational excellence, food safety, and continuous improvement.Key responsibilities include overseeing, updating, and further developing the site’s Quality Management System, ensuring its full effectiveness through internal and external audits, KPI monitoring, non-conformity management, and the implementation of continuous improvement plans across the site. The role will also serve as the internal point of reference for relations with customers, certification bodies, local authorities, and strategic partners, ensuring transparency, timeliness, and reliability.This function requires strong leadership skills, the ability to coordinate, motivate, and develop the local quality team, as well as a strong aptitude for cross-functional collaboration with other company departments and with the Group’s Quality Management at an international level.Exigences de l'emploiThe ideal profile is an Engineer in Food Science and Technology or related disciplines, with at least 5 years of proven experience in quality management roles, preferably acquired in structured, internationally oriented agri-food industrial environments. An excellent command of professional English (fluent level) is required, while knowledge of Italian is considered a strong asset.The successful candidate will demonstrate a structured, rigorous, and proactive approach, excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, strong results orientation, analytical skills, and systemic vision, combined with a solid ability to manage complexity and cross-functional projects in multicultural and dynamic environments.Date d'expiration02/10/2025
